Fleet Training Center Norfolk Virginia

January 1976 to September 1977.
While assigned to the Fleet Training Center Norfolk I was sent TAD to the USS Sprunace DD-963. One of the chiefs had passed away and I filled his position till a replacement was assigned. Having this onboard experience working and learning systems and equipment prepared me for the Caron DD-970.
